Mary Elizabeth Smith was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor on September 10, 2003 and 4 days later she made her transition. Her untimely death had a devastating affect on our entire family. We learned some valuable lessons along the way and began to truly understand what it means to appreciate the gift of life.
